Well, there is an html code for hearts. Otherwise they are using CSS to do the trick. CSS is a language that tell browsers how to display something (does the styling).

According to the table, %26amp;+hearts+; = 鈾?will give you a heart symbol. Remove the pluses, its only there for clarity so it doesn't turn into a symbol

For some reason I cant get it to work here, but when you are in MS Word, hold down the Alt key while you type 9829.
