Myspace: HTML need help to achieve layout?

Example from a friend's profile:

I've tried the tutorial websites but just get confused. I can take care of the issue with background pictures, colour and text but would anybody be so kind as to break down the structure I should copy and paste into my "about me" and "Who I would like to meet section?"

you are just supossed to put it in the top of your "About Me" section and dont have anything in front of it and that is the only place where u put it

Ask your friend how she did it if it says copy the code copy it and in your about me section under all the writing you have paste the code and save changes same thing with the code that goes in the who i like to me section.
