Help creating a myspace layout using Dreamweaver?

i have this code...

and all this does is cover up the traditional myspace layout. I am to place the code i create on Dreamweaver where is says "PLACE CODE HERE". But where do I start? I have examples of how i want it to look. I just need help getting started. If you think you could help, please email me on this account.
