My comment box won't show up on my myspace?

i have just added a comment box to my myspace and it wont show. here is the code and make any changes to it so that it will show up on my myspace.

You might want to erase that code, because it has( input type="hidden" name="friendID" value="62334628"%26gt;) which is what hides your friends!! so try to see if you can delete that part! if not get a different layout!
